Vous vous souvenez surement du grand SUV/Crossover Wild Rubis Concept présenté en avril dernier lors du salon de Shanghai, Frédéric Banzet, le patron de Citroën est revenu sur le sujet ce mercredi 11 septembre lors des journées presse de l’IAA.
L’affaire est claire, nette et entendue, le futur grand SUV de Citroën n’est aucunement destiné au marché européen et sera uniquement à destination du marché chinois et peut être quelques autres marchés d’Asie.
Le DSX (son nom sera probablement différent) sera produit dans l’une des usines de la co-entreprise créée par PSA et son partenaire chinois, Chinese Changan Automobile Group. Le SUV premium ne sera pas la première production de cette récente entreprise commune puisque la DS5 sera très bientôt produite sur le sol chinois. Ce nouveau véhicule du constructeur aux chevrons devrait arriver sur le marché dans le courant de l’année 2015 sous une forme moins extrême mais avec un environnement très luxueux qui devrait être le meilleur du luxe à la française adapté aux attentes de la clientèle chinoise.
